TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

SMART LAUNDRY SERVICE

 

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the System and Service Lockers SMART LAUNDRY provided by Ana Sofia Grangeio, Unipessoal, Lda, (hereinafter referred to as "CleanStation"), single registration and tax number PT 517789175, with registered office at Avenida Rio de Janeiro, nº25, Loja H, 1300-331 Lisboa

 

By accessing and using the application, which is available via a QR Code displayed on the premises, as well as the services, facilities, system and lockers of the CleanStation, o USER states that (i) has read and fully and unreservedly accepts these terms and conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between CleanStation and USER, (ii) you are not prevented by any legal provision or any other reason from being bound by and complying with these terms and conditions.

 

Case USER if you do not agree to the terms and conditions, you must not access or use the application or system, or make use of the services provided therein and through them, and in particular you must refrain from accessing and using the facilities CleanStation and its system and lockers.

 

O USER is entirely responsible for the use of the app, for the clothes or textiles deposited in the lockers and for the use of the facilities of the company. CleanStation and its system and lockers.

 

These terms and conditions, and any other rules or guidelines regarding the use of the facilities of the CleanStationthe configuration of the application or of the contents and services made available therein, may, at any time, and at the sole discretion of CleanStation can be changed, and it is the responsibility of the USER, regularly check the updated terms and conditions.

 

The terms and conditions and subsequent amendments shall be deemed effective and binding on USERSafter being duly publicised on the website www.mycleanstation.pt or, alternatively, in a smaller version which will be displayed inside the premises of CleanStation.

 

Clause One

(object)

These terms and conditions govern the organisation, use and operation of the washing, drying and ironing services provided by CleanStation on their premises, exclusively through the system and application SMART LAUNDRYand applies to all USERS.

 

SECOND CLAUSE

(SYSTEM AND LOCKERS)

  1. The lockers have approximate dimensions of 80 x 40 x 60 cm and are intended exclusively for the temporary storage of clothes, fabrics and textiles of the staff.
  2. The lockers are designed for autonomous use, and the USER follow the operating instructions available in the application that you access via QR Code.
  3. The service SMART LAUNDRY operate on the premises of CleanStation every day between 00:00 and 24:00, without prejudice to the fact that they may be closed for reasons of force majeure, which is considered to be any event that jeopardises the safety of the public. users or clothes, fabrics and textiles deposited, and also if there is a need to repair the system, lockers or related equipment.
  4. The closure of the service or lockers under the terms of the previous paragraph will be communicated to usersas soon as the need is known.

 

THIRD CLAUSE

(TYPE, QUANTITY, TIME AND UTILISATION OF THE SERVICE)

  1. O user select the type of service you want (Washing and Drying; Washing, Drying and Ironing), the time until the service is completed (24h, 48h or 72h), register (name, email and mobile phone number) and pay the corresponding amount.
  2. O USER then receives an email and SMS confirming the service subscribed to and indicating the code which, after selecting the "Deposit" option on the tablet available at the CleanStation must enter it and guarantee them access to the locker designated for the purpose;
  3. O USER you will receive an alert via e-mail and SMS whenever there are 60 minutes left before the clothes, fabrics or textiles for which you have subscribed are collected from the locker.
  4. O USERAfter sending an SMS and/or email with the pick-up code to the number and address you provided when registering, you will have 24 hours to collect the clothes, fabrics and textiles for which you subscribed.
  5. The collection of USER is carried out using the Tablet equipment available on the company's premises. CleanStation, by selecting the "Withdraw" option, followed by entering and accepting the code you received via SMS and email to the number and address you registered with;
  6. In the "Wash, dry and iron" option, the maximum number of garments, fabrics or clothes to be ironed is set to 30;
  7. For items that can be processed by Smart Laundry services. CleanStation includes clothing, fabrics and textiles for use as clothing, towelling or bed linen;
  8. Specifically excluded are any footwear, jackets or coats made of leather, plastic or other synthetic materials, rugs and carpets, any type of clothing whose component material, in whole or in part, on contact with water, detergents or temperature could deform, solidify or melt;
  9. The failure of USER the foregoing in point 8 above shall result in its full liability for any and all data of any kind whatsoever that it receives from CleanStation installations, equipment and machinery or with third parties may result;

 

 

CLAUSE FOUR

(TIME LIMIT EXCEEDED)

  1. After the 24-hour period as defined in Point 3 of Clause Three, the clothes, fabrics and textiles in the USERif they are not collected, it can CleanStation do so, remaining in their custody and responsibility, for later return to the USERup to a maximum of 30 days.
  2. The collection/delivery of clothes, fabrics and textiles, under the terms of the previous paragraph, will be charged to the USER an additional flat fee of €100, plus a fee of €15 for storing luggage for each day or fraction thereof.
  3. If the 30-day period provided for in paragraph 2 of this Clause expires without the USER has asked for the clothes, fabrics or textiles to be handed over or has arranged for them to be collected, they shall be considered abandoned for all due purposes and may be disposed of in any way, namely by being destroyed.

 

CLAUSE FIVE

(PRICE)

  1. O USER of the services offered by CleanStation in the application and facilities, undertakes to pay for the use thereof (for the period or instalment actually used) the price set out in the price list available for consultation in the facilities and/or available in the application, which may be revised from time to time, without any direct notice to each user.
  2. If, for any reason, payment has not been made, the ClçeanStation reserves the right to prevent the locker from being opened, may also retain (right of retention) the clothes, fabrics or textiles deposited in the locker, until full payment of the period used and the applicable additional fees.

 

CLAUSE SIX

(PROHIBITED ITEMS)

  1. O USER recognises and agrees that any items prohibited or considered dangerous by law, as well as any items that, by their nature, may cause harm to human beings, the environment, machinery, equipment, systems and lockers, cannot be the target of the services provided by CleanStation or deposited in the lockers.
  2. For the purposes of the previous paragraph, the deposit of the following goods is prohibited:
  3. Live animals and perishable products (e.g. food)
  4. Illegal substances (e.g. narcotics)
  5. Hazardous materials (e.g. weapons, explosives, toxic substances, flammables, acids)
  6. All goods whose deposit could damage or deteriorate the lockers
  7. Stolen objects;
  8. Any others that could pose a risk to other users, the environment or citizens in general.

 

CLAUSE SEVEN

(GENERAL DUTIES AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE USER)

  1. When using SMART LAUNDRY services and in particular the lockers provided by CleanStation o USER undertakes, without limitation, to:
  2. Do not use the system in violation of any laws, rules, regulations or for illegal or unauthorised purposes;
  3. Do not put in lockers, high value objects, because the CleanStation shall not be held liable in the event of theft or damage caused by third parties;
  4. Comply with the instructions given by the organisations responsible for the management, security, maintenance, upkeep and cleaning of facilities, equipment, machinery and lockers.;
  5. Make diligent use of all equipment and, in particular, ensure that lockers have been properly closed after use. USER deposit or collect clothes, fabrics and textiles;
  6. Leave the facilities and lockers in the same state and condition as assigned, and immediately report any incident that occurs during use.;
  7. Not disturbing the use of the system, facilities and equipment by other users in any way, in particular not occupying any area that makes it difficult or impossible to access and use the lockers;
  8. Refrain from lending, renting, selling or transferring subscribed services to third parties;
  9. Refrain from providing third parties with access data to the application or access codes to the system and lockers;
  10. O USER expressly authorises the removal of any property from the CACIFOSif the maximum period of use has been exceeded or if the deposit has been made in breach of these terms and conditions.
  11. O USER authorises the CleanStation and/or any public authority to examine the contents of the lockers, in the event of force majeure, danger or strong suspicion of non-compliance with the above rules, and for safety reasons.

 

CLAUSE EIGHT

(SECURITY)

To protect USERSthe facilities CleanStation where the system, equipment and lockers are located, are under permanently active lighting and video surveillance, which is expressly authorised by the USER, with acceptance of these terms and conditions of use.

 

CLAUSE NINE

(ASSISTANCE)

O USER has a communication system at its disposal to provide support 24 hours a day, with contact details available via the app and posted inside the premises.

 

TENTH CLAUSE

(RESPONSIBILITY FOR CLOTHES; FABRICS AND TEXTILES)

  1. O USER is entirely responsible for the objects placed in the lockers, namely clothes, fabrics and textiles subject to the subscribed services.
  2. A CleanStation is not responsible for the safekeeping of any objects, clothing, fabrics and textiles and is not liable for them in the event of loss, theft or damage, whatever the cause, nor for any potential losses which may arise for the USER
  3. O USER of the service is solely and fully responsible for any damages caused to the CleanStation or third parties, arising from the use of the application, system, services, equipment and lockers as well as the objects deposited in them.
  4. In the event of theft or loss, the USER must lodge a complaint with the nearest police station and report it immediately to the CleanStation by phone (+351) 969 096 492 and via the e-mail address geral@mycleanstation.pt within a maximum of 24 hours, attaching a copy of the complaint.
  5. O USER assumes responsibility for the cost of repairing or replacing any equipment or locker that has been damaged.
