The pick-up of ready-made clothes is communicated to customers via SMS;
All the pieces are counted at 3 different times:
1. At the entrance to the CleanStation Counter;
2. When ironing;
3. On delivery to the CleanStation Counter;
Important Notes:
There are items that count as 2 pieces, such as duvet covers / elasticated sheets / blazers / crewneck trousers and more;
All linen items are counted separately.
